Choose a questionnaire
These are all self-assessment tools. None of them gives a diagnosis. Your results are never stored anywhere permanently and are not associated with you at all.
You can pick more than one and answer them one after another. Every questionnaire you choose fits into a single results link.

Where do these questionnaires come from?
RAADS-R was published in 2011 by Ritvo and colleagues, and CAT-Q in 2019 by Hull and colleagues. Both were written in English. You can take them here in English or in Croatian translation. Where the translation and the original differ, the English is the one that counts.
RAADS-R was validated on adults aged 18 and over. CAT-Q was validated from age 16 up, and its authors state that it is not known whether the results hold for adolescents and younger children. Neither questionnaire is meant for children.
These are screening questionnaires, not diagnostic procedures. They measure how far your experience matches the descriptions in the questionnaire, and nothing beyond that.
